Enjoy a balance of strength and relaxation through held postures and breath work - a practice designed to align the body and unite opposites. Usually slower paced and incorporating longer holds within each pose, this practice will allow you to use breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body. Suitable for all levels.

Our Wellness Room is spacious & comfortable with a maximum capacity of 12.

Mats are available to rent for $1.
Water bottles are available to purchase for $1.

Blocks, straps & blankets are provided.

We ask that you bring your own towel.
Vinyasa Flow $12
Build your strength, flexibility and balance through an energizing practice linking breath and movement through a flowing series of postures. Modifications will be offered along the way, making it suitable for various levels of experience.    
Kids Yoga $10 | 1 hour
Introducing kids to yoga at an early age can lead to a lifelong practice that will improve awareness, strengthen flexibility, which in turn can provide a multitude of benefits in academics and sports.
Ashtanga $12
Ashtanga is a vigorous practice which invites students to move through sun salutations and a set sequence of poses linked by the breath. The combination of breath, posture and movement helps to stretch and strengthen the body, release impurities, and focus and calm the mind.
Parent & Me Yoga $15
1 hour
Bring your mini-mee to enjoy the calming effects of yoga. Teach them the benefits of yoga now and it will stay with them forever. Great for Mom's Morning Out groups. $3 per additional sibling.
Power Yoga $12
Power Yoga is perfect for those who love to challenge their strength, endurance and flexibility. Classes are fast paced and ususally emphasize stretching and strengthening the of legs, core and arms. 
Guided Meditation $10

Meditation classes explore different techniques using breath, sound, gentle movement, and visualization. These classes create a quiet space to re-connect to your source of inner peace and strength.
Gentle Yoga $12
Gentle Yoga is a great place for those who want to take it slower. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and working with the joints. Gentle yoga helps balance a hectic lifestyle and is also appropriate for students with limitations.
Deep Meditation $10
1 hour
This guided meditation class is led by Kumpa Tawornprom, who will show you how to reach higher levels of consciousness through deep focused meditation.

Yin $12
While more active yang styles, such as vinyasa flow, focus on strengthening and toning, yin is the opposite. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues, known as the fascia, within the body. This meditation style yoga helps regulate energy flow throughout the body.
